Service Solution is the brainchild of Jackie Kennedy. Jackie has a wealth of experience in the Airline, Service. Tourism, & Customer Service Industry. She is a qualified Trainer and started her career as one of the chief training instructors for British Airways. Since then Jackie has held many high profile senior positions with Cityjet, Alitalia, & British Midland Airlines & has represented the Services & Hospitality sector on a number of influential committees. On a personal note she speaks three languages and has a degree in Industry relations. Most Recently her skills have been brought to the hotel and Hospitality Industry. Our courses have received recognition from Tourism Ireland & Failte Ireland.
Jackie has had her own Hotel property for the past 8 years in Kilkenny city and knows a thing or two about running big and small companies. She is a qualified Sommelier and also lectures in Wine and Wine Appreciation for Restaurant & Hotel staff. Jackie has assembled a highly experienced team of trainers & assessors from within the hospitality industry with a wide range of expertise in all aspects of the business. However, as we do carry out anonymous service assessments, their identity is a well kept secret.

running her own business Jackie discovered that trying to provide
proper Training for staff was impossible with incredible pricing
structures for general courses that were not specifically relevant to
YOUR business. Our business philosophy is to provide Quality
training to address the areas where you require it at reasonable costs,
& when it suits you the employer ie off peak.

Development needs. Identify any areas of weakness that may need to be
addressed. This can be done as a stand alone assessment or done in
conjunction with follow up training to address any areas of service
that require a solution
